SynvaCor's Core Labs

SynvaCor is an exciting collaboration of two distinct enterprises – an Angiographic Core Lab and a Wound Core Lab. We merge peripheral clinical trial goals with validated results. We follow Good Lab Practices, FDA regulations, Standard Operating Procedures and are ISO 9001 compliant. We guarantee that all protocols, project plans and core lab software conform to the highest quality standards.

Angiographic Core Lab
Our Angiographic Core Lab is focused solely on the periphery and utilizes highly validated Quantitative Vascular Analysis software adapted for larger vessels, including the SFA, iliac, renal and femoral arteries.

Wound Core Lab
Our Wound Core Lab distinguishes itself from many other wound core labs through the use of a wound image capturing device that employs a structured lighting system. It allows automatic assessment of lesion curvature and image scale for accurate area and depth measurements.

SynvaCor Services

Analysis
We utilize highly validated and innovative software. We work closely with a Sponsor to meet their clinical trial needs. Each project plan is specifically written to meet the needs of an individual peripheral clinical trial. Once the analysis is complete, all reports undergo a multi-step review process. The report is checked numerous times to assure quality. Reports are only considered “final” when the read/reread process is successfully completed.

Quality Control
All SynvaCor analysts adhere to a protocol that ensures the provision of valid, accurate and reliable analysis services. Quality control checks are performed on a daily basis.
